"We stayed at this resort for 4 days 5 nights. When we first checked in Expedia said we had a perk for the hotel, when we brought it up the front desk said it’s only for gold members and said to ask Expedia. Another issue was the staff was inconsistent with charges of drinks, food, etc. The shower also doesn’t make sense as there’s no door and the water just shoots onto the floor. The staff worker Julian was probably the most help there was and very knowledgeable, he gave us some discounts because he probably saw his other staff over charging. One day I got a redbull for $3 and then the next day I went to get two redbulls and I got charged $12.80, just something seems fishy but overall was a safe and clean stay."
