"Staff was friendly and it was clean. I was not impressed with the continental breakfast. It was just muffins and waffles. No meats or anything else except boiled eggs in a bag and the orange juice was real orange juice it was very sweet"

"This place is truly a little slice of heaven. It’s private, quiet, pet friendly (they even have bowls and dog beds available), VERY CLEAN, and has everything you need for the perfect get away. You can tell the owners truly take pride in this home. The beach is fantastic and the water is crystal clear with fish swimming all around! We decided to rent the pontoon and are so glad we did, we had a lot of fun out on the lake (clearly our dog Louie enjoyed it too). Paul & Alison were fantastic to work with and quick to respond to questions. We will definitely be back! "

"The hotel was well maintained and clean The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel was well located and offered convenient access to the City of Spooner. The one major deficit was the noise level coming from an adjoining room. The TV was played loudly in that room and was on late into the night. The hotel could use some noise mitigation improvements."

"The cottage was clean and comfortable. Loved sitting on the deck. It was quiet and a beautiful view of the lake. It was nice for 3 of us. The only down side was the men in our group are pretty big guys. The the beds and bathroom were small for them."
