"Most everything was ok with a few exceptions. Water heater needs to be larger capacity. Front desk can be more responsive to customer needs. Certain amenities for drying clothes after using on-site washer needs to be provided to customer. Breakfast options should be provided to customer instead of whatever is on the menu for the day. English cable channels should be provided along with a list of available channels, it is too much work to go through channels and search for English language...

We were denied our original booking at the last moment, with the property telling us that it had been “double booked.” This was absolutely unacceptable, especially after we had already made our plans and were relying on the confirmed reservation. We were then shifted to another property, which was just okay, but the experience there was far from satisfactory as well. There were constant water issues, which made the stay extremely inconvenient...
