"Nice stay"

"The only reason Sleep Inn doesn’t get a 5* from me are the toilets. Unless I get a handicap room all toilets are like kindergarten toilets, way too low to the floor."

"We were in town for a concert at the Ford Center. We had the breakfast and dinner which were very good. Pool was cold but the hot tub was nice. We had a room near the lobby area and the walls were super thin. We could hear everything at 7:00am. People, doors slamming and dogs barking. The room was a little dated but clean. "

"Be aware! Cleaning poor, bugs!! Staff seemed nice but wouldn't refund fully because I didn't give required notice for check out. Had to toss stuff in addition to lost money from bugs!!!!! Hotels.com offered me $50 to replace my thrown out items. Obviously no clue things aren't priced like 1950 anymore! I didn’t spend 1 night, only checked in prior to event. Should have had full refund! I'm never using this site or hotel brand again. "

"Great people when we visited and room was nice. Only concern was I contacted them over a matter after we left they just shrugged it off and acted like it was no big deal"

"Our toilet ran on and off for the two days/nights of our stay. There were no grab bars in the shower or a shelf to put toiletries on. Shower floor was slippery. On the good side, the bed was comfortable and the fridge was COLD."
