Booked through Expedia, the lady at reception didn’t like it. Gave such a hard time to check in and get 2 rooms together as I traveling with my old parents and my son. When booked, booked both the rooms together and the lady said they don’t have 2 rooms available on the same floor. I had to keep requesting for almost 1/2 an hour, then suddenly she had rooms available together on the same floor.
Apart from that good experience. Less then 5 minutes walk from Swamis Samadhi. That was the whole goal of visiting. It was good.

This is a very nice hotel for Sai devotees. Pictures of Swami everywhere. Easy walking distance to Ashram. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
But be aware that standard rooms don't have windows. So, if you are staying for more than a few days, get a Super-delux room - more expensive, but a nice large window.
Hot water systems at this hotel use electicity, so you get hot water even on cloudy days. Other hotels, such as Sai Towers, have solar hot water systems. Good for the environment, but downside is cold showers on cloudy days!
