This was a great place to stay at the end of our trip. It's located near the tram and you can easily get into the city center. The building is older, but they have done a great job with refurbishing. The room does lack some ventilation, but that is somewhat expected with older buildings. The staff were friendly and nice.

For £260 a night not very good. Small rooms (like student digs) noisy (Irish bar below). Breakfast not great - staff not able to cope. But location very good
