The Midnight Hour

Interesting location. Parking is in an underground garage across the street. Nice bagel shop about a block away; Sam’s Bagels - the breakfast bagel is yummy! Room was a little small, but efficient. Great bathroom setup. Worked for us!

I stayed here for about a week and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever approached, but never overly attentive or intrusive, as can sometimes be the case at other five-star hotels. I really appreciated their more hands-off approach, which made an extended stay feel relaxed, comfortable, and almost residential.

I try my best to avoid giving bad reviews because I believe every business deserves a second chance, but sometimes it's important to save others from a horrible experience. The first thing I saw when I walked into my bathroom was a roach crawling in the bathtub. I managed to capture it on video and showed it to the reception, which is only available through a video conference machine. No one should have to sleep in a roach-infested hotel in 2026. I left without staying, but the property still refused a refund. Their reason? When the housekeeper came, they didn't see any roach. As if a roach would sit and wait for someone to come back and see it.
