"The house was absolutely stunning! We loved the location and the house! The only thing was we couldn’t really sit outside on the second story patio due to all the knats. I think all houses in the area were struggling with this because of the recent flood! Besides that sitting downstairs was wonderful by the pool! The owner let us check in early which was amazing and greatly appreciate it! This was our second time staying at this house and we would highly recommend it!! "

"We had a wonderful stay with our 4 kids and 2 adults. We had more than enough room. The house is extremely well-stocked with everything you will need in the kitchen, as well as plenty of games, paddle boards, pickle ball and ping pong equipment. Even though the water conditions were poor the week we went given recent floods, we had plenty to do. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, and we spent lots of time on the pickleball courts and playing ping pong. Our teen boys also loved the fitness tower amenity right behind the house. The house is conveniently located to go into Kingsland, Burnet or Marble Falls. We would definitely book again! "
