The Land Split

Extremely disappointed. The staff was very kind but the “resort” itself was awful. I checked in and checked out an hour later and found a new place. The photos look nothing like the place, it’s extremely run down. there was an inch gap in my door that would allow insects in at any time, there was baby spiders crawling all over the bed along with a dead flies all over, there was cobwebs in the corners. All the tables were dirty, there was grime all over the nightstand. The light switch boxes had either a rat poop or a dead insect on it. I wondered when the last time my room had been cleaned or the last time someone had stayed there. I wish I took more photos, but I was scrambling to find other accommodations, I actually sat out on the patio while booking my other room because i felt so yucked out. Don’t even get me started on the pool. I knew to expect more insects in Pai, but my other hotel was spotless and bug free. This place was disgusting. It could be a great place if they renovated it and actually cleaned it before guests came. DO NOT STAY HERE

Ok hotel for solo traveller. Helpful staff

Out of town. No attention to guests. Lazy. Grounds not kept clean. Huts are very basic. no tv not sure if there is wifi
