La habitación es pequeña con poco espacio para 2 personas, pero es agradable. Lo mejor, la atención del personal, principalmente de Harry en recepción, persona muy amable y colaboradora, su ayuda fue muy valiosa en nuestra estancia en el hotel.

Friendly staff and handy laundry facilities. The hotel restaurant that already had limited choices had several items not available when we went there and the food was very mediocre. We couldn’t find anywhere else nearby so ate in nearby Delft or Den Haag while staying at this hotel.

Bed bugs in the beds, washroom has no ventilation and smelled like piss even though they "cleaned" it. Window glass was broken and was tapped up instead of being replaced. Elevators jam and sound like they are ready to fall apart. Bed frame was just a bunch of corkboard nailed together, was wobbly and not secure. Mattresses wasn't comfortable and had beg bugs, disgusting establishment.

Nothing wrong with this hotel with excellent prices. Everything you need, spacious rooms, good shower, super good restaurant. The environment is not a warm bath, but more an industrial area with a lot of traffic.

Snelle check-in. We hebben 1 overnachting gehad. Basic maar als aanwezig wat je voor een overnachting nodig hebt. Schone en frisse kamer met regendouche en handdouche.

Style très industriel et dépouillé (béton nu, pas de TV), mais un très grand bureau pour travailler. Le personnel est très sympathique et enthousiaste! A deux pas du tram 17 et à 5 min à pied de la gare.

Positive: I liked the common rooms with sofas and coffee machines on every level and the general simple design of the hotel. The staff was very kind, check-in and check-out were very fast, our rooms were relatively clean and provided enough for what we had booked, rooms were cleaned on both days, easy to reach tram transport to den Haag station nearby within less than a 2 min walk, big beds and large windows, 24 hour reception service, fair prices in comparison to others. Negative: Some areas in the room and hotel require a bit of renovation, the showers don't have a door or curtain, so water lands outside of the shower, the area is a bit dead and doesn't seem very safe at night alone.

We zijn er voor twee nachten geweest prijs kwaliteit is goed onze verwachtingen waren niet hoog omdat het ons alleen maar om een slaapplek te doen was ontbijt en diner was prima en voldoende een hotel wat nog zeker voor veel verbetering zal zorgen heb je niet teveel eisen dan kan je hier prima een paar nachten verblijven.

Rooms are very basic, like being a student. No TV or suitable seating, but then again ceiling is patched up concrete. Floors and bathroom needed cleaning and hot water was enough for one quick shower. On the plus side, hotel was cheap and there was parking. Very convenient to get tram or train to; The Hague (Den Haag), Rotterdam and/ or Delft, which looked cute!

Over all it wasn’t a bad experience, but I kinda expected more from my actual room. The staff was really helpful and I really enjoyed having my meals at the cafe/restaurant downstairs. At that time I was there they only offered limited choice and closed at 11:00 am but I was quite pleased with my breakfast.It definitely has a lot of potential.

Le strict minimum
Convenable, chambres spacieuses, propreté ok dans la chambre, mais pas de service. Petit déjeuner sous traité et catastrophique. Même si c’est au pays bas, ça reste cher pour un hôtel spartiate.

Im Bad war schwarzer Schimmel, nicht wirklich geputzt und im Waschbecken lagen noch Haare. Durch die stark befahrene Straße war es selbst nachts so laut, dass man kaum schlafen konnte. Die Zimmerdecke und andere Dinge waren noch eine halbe Baustelle. Der vorhandene Tisch war versehrt mit Fettflecken von den Vorgängern und der „Kühlschrank“ hat nicht wirklich gekühlt.

Die Zimmer sind sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, es gab weder einen Föhn noch einen Badezimmerteppich. Sauberkeit sieht auch anders aus. Wände und Vorhänge waren sehr fleckig, der Rest war staubig. Im Bad sowie im Mini Kühlschrank (der übrigens leer war, so viel zum Thema Minibar) hat es gestunken. Wir würden nicht wieder kommen und sind wirklich keine Personen, die hohe Standards gewöhnt wären.
