The Funhouse

One working elevator. They only have two elevators but one has been down for about one month based on what we were told by a guest who stayed there two weeks ago. They should have been required to inform future guests of this problem. Stairway was narrow and we were on the 7th floor so we could only walk down. They did not offer a refund but hit us with a $20 per day resort fee. We never used the exercise room but they said we agreed to those terms when we checked in. Expedia should have warned us and booked us somewhere else. This place should be avoided. Expedia should push for a partial refund. The hotel had access to the mall Nextdoor but we had to find that back passage on our own.
