「This hotel is right across from Kinnick Stadium and a three minute drive to University of Iowa hospitals and clinics very conveniently located well priced very clean and nice, knowledgeable and friendly staff would definitely stay again! My husband and I stayed because I had a surgery and they had an available wheelchair for afterwards so I could get back up to our room. Staff was very accommodating.」

「We were greeted by a large private security guard who stared us down and blocked our entrance to the front desk to check in! Not the experience we were expecting. It felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. I felt like if I would have said anything the guard would have stopped me and made me leave. Apparently, this is the new protocol for Hilton hotels in Iowa City.. You have to get by a large serious guard just to check in. The front desk clerk didn't make it any better. 「I loved everything about the property. Everything was well-maintained, clean both in the lobby and the rooms, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly. Next time I return, I will stay at the same Element Iowa hotel. 100% recommended.」

「My week-long stay in Coralville was great. The room was quiet and clean. The location was convenient for me, visiting a family member at nearby Summit. The best part of the stay was the service provided by the staff, who were friendly and helpful. The night clerk helped me with a very late check-in and greeted me on my return each night. “Iowa Nice” for sure. Many thanks, and I will return on my next visit to Coralville.」

「Took 10 min for the front desk lady to even notice we were at the front desk there was no bell to ring, room keys deactivated almost instantly after using them for our room. Bed was itchy」

「I had an emergency and ask to cancel, they staff was not helpful at all I was even willing to come a different day just to use the day I had reserved. Not helpful at all! Said a manager would call me of course nobody called.」
