"The room had no working AC. I had to be moved to a different room, and that room’s AC started to make loud noise in the middle of the night and leaking water. The next day I had to deal with the front desk for half of the day while they attempted to fix the AC. Spend my first 24 hour vacation frustrated, and hotels did nothing about it. "

"The view from the room included the ocean as well as the cruise liner harbor which was pretty special. That said, overall I was disappointed with the size of the upgraded room and the bathroom was in need of some maintenance. The pool and beach area are average in comparison with other Caribbean resorts. I used the fitness center numerous days and found the temperature to be way to warm and the daily upkeep lacking."

"Its was wonderful. The staff is vey kind and knowledgeable. The food was delicious. Did not go in the pool. But is beautiful to look at . There was some outside noise that may be can be controlled by signs. No complaints otherwise. Beautiful historic boutique hotel. "

"The pool, water features, and beach made the trip. The room was nice but didn't leave us with any wow feeling. Beach view was nice, but no wifi on the balcony. Having the kitchenette was essential given the atrocity of the food prices. Water tasted bad to drink and a 500ml bottle was $5usd, it was highway robbery, almost makes you wonder if the taste isn't improved purposefully so you have to buy the water from them at this crazy price. Luckily we could boil water in our rooms which got rid of the taste. "
