"Comfortable Mattress Good temperature in room Bad shower but good shampoo, conditioner, and body wash Noisy Crappy coffee in room for such an expensive place Old TV. Needs an update. Also the check in process was terrible and so hard to get around that place. Would stay elsewhere for 1/3 the cost. "

"Check-in was quick and friendly, as was check out. Room was clean and had everything for a one night stay. Convenient location to the Colossum, where the casino and shows are. Close walk but wouldn’t recommend that as the area was a little rough. We were happy with our short stay. "

"AC and heat work really well. Room 303 is really nice and has a huge bathroom with walk-in shower and separate tub. Bed and pillows are comfortable."

"Extremely clean room. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, striking conversations, engaging the customer into having an amazing experience. Hotel breakfast was also very good, I loved the sausages. Very new and beautiful property, loved the spacious room. Side note, if you are staying near highway, it may be a tad bit noisy so be prepared or plan accordingly. Overall a positive experience for my sons OFSAA competitions in Windsor!"
