The rooms themselves were fine. The outside of the property was rundown and shabby: stair runners taped on and paint peeling off trim various areas. Breakfast included and was good.

The location is very convenient and right off the main route 59 so that you have access in a minute without hearing the traffic in your room. The place is clean. the staff is friendly. The parking is free, close and easy. They have a bell cart. The only reason I rated it 4 stars rather than 5 is water pressure. It is practically non-existent. Other than that, I'll be back!
