The only downside was that we didn’t receive housekeeping service in our room, and we noticed there was no shampoo provided. "Best to purchase the play pass from the hotel. For close to the same price ($2 difference) you can use the pass the whole stay instead of one day. Family suite was perfect for our family of 5. Avoid a holiday weekend if possible to avoid extra long lines for the activities. Pool can hit capacity so go earlier in day. "
