"Easy check in and out. Comfy bed and well stocked kitchen. Bright and clean. We couldn’t figure out how to watch network/cable TV on the AppleTV so screen shared from our iPad. Only negatives are that due to the windows its a bit loud and entering and exiting via the alley in back. Would book again."

"Cute little place. We love staying here and people watching from the front porch!! As do my dogs, so nice that it is dog friendly. We used the new bbq for a couple of dinners, but also enjoyed walking to dinner on the island. Very relaxing"

"We’ve been staying at this same property for the past five years, and it never disappoints! The property manager, Scott Carpenter, is always great with communication and makes sure everything is just as expected. He even let us know ahead of time that we could check in early, which was a great bonus. We’re already looking forward to our stay next year! Thanks again, Scott, for another great experience!"

"Loved staying here. This apartment was perfect for a nice weekend. It was a good price and a fantastic location. Near the bay front and near the shopping on Marine Ave. it is very clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. When we come back to Balboa I’d love to stay here again."
