"First of all, Andy is a great host. He is responsive and very helpful. The place was very large, enough to handle a group of eight getting family together who hadnt seen each other for many years. It’s a good jumping off point for many other things to see. It’s just down the road from a number of beaches and boat excursions to the surrounding Islands. We pretty much had the pool to ourselves. Great experience!"

"The house has plenty of rooms for up to 6 gusts and every room has air condition. The swimming pool was one of the best I've ever experienced, surrounded by coconut and other trees, very natural setting. It is a short walk to the beach from the house. The beach is sandy and it is easy here to enjoy the ocean."

The area is quiet and just a short walk to the beach. You can rent a car, bike or arrange to hire a taxi with the property management."

"Set in the beautiful SeaBreeze development just steps to the beach is this fabulous luxury home. The development is akin to being in a botanical garden with exquisite shrubs and trees all kept in immaculate condition. "Note the 'Garden Wing' section is a lovely modern & newer part of this hotel. Room was very spacious with a great layout. Hotel is just across the road from beach. The 'Ocean Wing' section is in a completely separate location on the other side of road approx 500m away which you can use their facilities also but in my opinion it looked a bit dated & run down in the areas surrounding the pool. The local town area is very quiet with not much to do within walking distance. It appears a more popular destination for local Thai families. The beach cleanliness was not up to the standard of many other resorts all over Thailand in my opinion."

"Stayed here for a week. I thought the upgrade to a VIP room which I was given was great Lovely comfortable bed and pillows, ac worked well. 2 bottles of water everyday plus room clean when requested. It’s also in a good location being about a 5 minute walk to the beach and about the same time to roads with bars and restaurants. The shared taxi from Ban Phe pier cost 20B but it’s easily walkable in about 10 mins. Would stay again for sure."

"This was great option on Koh Samet. There are several room types. We stayed in a deluxe room. There were no chairs or bench in the room only a bed There was benches outside on the patio bpir something in the room would be better. Breakfast was very good. Deinks ..well the forgot to put the rum in out pina coladas and the bar would not bill everything at the bar to our room. We asked reception and they said we could have . I would prefer a few more tables with regular chairs on the beach. Getting up and down from a bean bag on the beach if you are older. One party used all the chairs both evenings ao non was available for our party. I would stay there again bit make some adjustments"
