The Hotel was lovely it got everything my family needed and some more. The staff was extremely kind too. They helped us change the bedding middle of the night for one of my children. They even surprised us witv a birthday cake for my husband what was extremely lovely

Bandara Pool Villas was amazing. The Ao Yon villa was luxurious and picturesque. My family loved our stay in this one-of-a-kind suite. The staff was courteous and helpful. Small hiccups like a malfunctioning air conditioner and ants near the garbage was quickly remedied. Food at the Sumpao restaurant onsite was delicious although priced for tourists. My family would thoroughly recommend this property.

We visited Phuket to celebrate our 20th anniversary, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The Villa was nice and quiet, and we really liked to thank the management for the early check-in after long flights from Melbourne. However, the property has a few issues that would be better if the management fixed them. Firstly, the housekeepers need to be more thorough in their cleaning and clearing tasks. Secondly, the bathroom in our room was leaking; every time we had a shower, the whole bathroom was on the verge of flooding. Thirdly, the tap in my son's bathroom was leaking and dripping. If we put these issues aside, we enjoyed our stay.
