「From the entrance you get greeted by the owner of the hotel Caroline with a smile, room was super clean, the Spa is top!! 「 Greeting with Champagne and tour through hotel. Hotelroom nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Dinner that was included was a 5 course meal that was excellent. Breakfast buffet was also excellent. Worth a trip and stay. 35 minutes from Merano. We did not have children with us but great for families.」

「Sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Am Abend handelt es sich jeweils um ein Gourmet- und ein veganes Menu, was miteinander kombiniert werden kann. Auf Nahrungsunverträglichkeiten (bspw. 「ホテルは駅から市内中心部までの間にあるので、電車でメラーノに行く場合は便利だと思います。メラーノは高いホテルが多い中で比較的安いほうでした。スタッフは親切で、部屋も清潔、Wifiも問題なく使えて快適に過ごせました。朝食もとてもおいしかったです。満足です。」

「We had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the warm welcome at reception to the spotless room and delicious breakfast – everything was perfect. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. The gym was also great and fully functional. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants nearby. If we ever come back to Bolzano, we would definitely stay here again!」

「We very much enjoyed our stay here. Staff at the reception, bar and restaurant were outstanding. The breakfast and dinner were both generous and had a wide selection. The ski storage area and the easy access to the lift were fantastic. The only two things that could be improved are the wine selection in the bar and raising the temperature a bit in the outside warm pool」
