"Die Höhenlage des Anwesen ist gut. In wenigen Minuten ist man bergab unkompliziert mit dem Auto an der Haupt-Küstenstrasse von Moraira. Leider hat man von der Terrasse nur einen eingeschränkten seitlichen Fernblick (ohne Meerblick). Die zusätzliche Terrasse auf der Garage im Nebengebäude haben wir nicht genutzt, da dies zu umständlich war. Das Ferienhaus präsentierte sich bei Übergabe wie beschrieben. "Just returned from 10 days at this villa. Paula was a fantastic host, nothing was too much trouble and Paula very responsive before and during our stay. Thank you Paula for your help :-) The villa is located high above Moraira. A car is pretty much essential as the roads are very steep. The position of the villa provides a stunning view down to the town and out to the Med. The outside area with the pool and sunbathing areas was large with plenty of room for sun beds. "In the centre of the town with everything you need. A balcony overlooking the pool which was being refurbished. The only noise was from the bin men in the morning but if you want the convenience of the location expect some disturbance The owner was on the end of the phone and the lovely Maria was there within 2 minutes when we locked ourselves out !!!!"

AC inn every sleepingroom, but not in the livingroom. There are fans in the livingroom. The house is inn a hilly area. Good view, but not amacing view. You have direct sun from about 0930-2000"
