"The room was in terrible condition. We did not feel comfortable staying there. The surrounding area did not feel safe. The bathroom ceiling had a big hole in it.
Can’t believe that the charge for the room was $350+. We really wish we could get a refund. We did not stay there. Spent a total of 10 minutes in the room. Please don’t rent this room to anyone else. Do not recommend! "

"Loved the rooms and was so happy that the pool was open until midnight. I was able to swim after getting back to the hotel. The buffet breakfast was awesome and the staff was so friendly and helpful with area to visit."
"The best thing about this place is the location. It is close to the mall and the river, making it ideal for nature lovers who also like to shop. The main lobby with the fireplace is lovely, but the fire is not very warm because there is a large glass screen in front of it that blocks the warmth. The food at the restaurant is delicious but incredibly expensive. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and accommodating.
If you have special needs due to disability, do not count on the staff to be very helpful. The staff there was one of the least helpful groups I have ever met without being outright rude. Not only could they not provide extra bedding for my caregiver, but they tried to charge me $150 for getting towels wet with water when I took a shower in my wheelchair. Nobody ever seemed available to discuss any charges with me or to allow me to dispute them. After seeing my disability, the hotel put a hold on my credit card that was 10 times the amount originally agreed upon without consulting me or letting me know. Nearly all of the charge was removed when I left.
If you use a power wheelchair, the bed will be extremely low for you, but it’s probably just right for manual wheelchair users. The beds do allow for a Hoyer lift to roll underneath, but there is carpeting on the floor, making the use of a lift difficult. The roll-in shower is large and includes a fold down bench. Hoyer lifts can be rented nearby through a medical supply company for about $150."
"Blue House Suite: A Serene Retreat in Proximity to the Airport"
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely, well appointed studio apartment just a hop and a skip from the airport. Appreciated the ceiling fan, the comfy bedding and plush towels, the Keurig, and bottled water. Shower was great. Had everything I needed for a comfy stay."
"The buffet breakfast was yogurt and fruit. The floor had an improperly installed spline between the wood and tile floor upon which I stubbed my toe numerous times."
