「Walked into the room I was given and the bed were messed up (it hadn't been cleaned). I new room was provided quickly, so that was good. But came back a few hours later and keys no longer worked for the new room. The front desk person finally sorted it out, but seemed like it was an inconvenience or somehow my fault. But it's fine for a budget hotel.」

「Expedia should drop the Rodeway Inn Brazil from their offerings. No one manned the front desk -- we had to talk to a Kiosk, to people who aren't even in the USA. The room was full of bugs, the toilet was wobbly, the whole place worn out and the crevices lined with mold or grime. The hanging rack was removed from the wall and there was no place to hang clothes or make-up bags. We saw a bug trap under the sink, and at night we had to kill roaches, then inspect everything we brought in to make sure...
