"The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "

Fantastic property for a group
"Lovely sized property with a great amount of amenities. There was a group of 9 friends and we all had a incredible time here. Pool was great, place was clean and tidy when we arrived. Really decent number of games available etc. The neighbour was absolutely amazing. Its very remote, so youll need a car or be prepared to spend a lot on taxis to get anywhere but personally our group had both. The biggest issue (which unsure what the host can do, and they did warn us in the comms before) was the unbelievable amount of wasps at the pool, probably not ideal for young kids but they seemed to stay away when we were all in the pool."
