"Arrived late and they told me parking is not included and i have to go park somewhere and pay for it even though when i book it was saying free parking. Then i asked for a quite room but they only have one room by the stairs and the entrance to the hotel where people go out and smoke every 5 minutes and the windows to the street also the door noise buzzing people in and out. At the end the girl working there advice me they don't accept check in late and she should be going which that wasn't...
