"We loved our stay at the Lotte Palace. Service was unparalleled - the best we've experienced. The hotel staff were beyond accommodating, helpful and nice. Incredible attention to detail. The building is stunning, the garden is beautiful. We had some lovely shisha in the designated area under a gazebo, next to a waterfall. Full amenities available in the bathrooms. "Property under renovation, main corridor had a work crew hammering and drilling all day during my stay. The room was not cleaned once during my four night stay. Toilet flushing flow broken, had to keep the bathroom door closed to block out the water flow noise at night. No wifi in the room."
