Very good location, close enough to walk to the Rapperswil train station, castle and downtown restaurants and shops in a few minutes. Great service, friendly and helpful staff.

The 25hours Hotel in Zurich has a fun, bohemian vibe and plenty of character. Our room was comfortable, and the complimentary bike rental was a real highlight. Zurich is an exceptionally bike-friendly city, and exploring on two wheels turned out to be one of the best parts of our stay. There were, however, several drawbacks. The air conditioning in our room was ineffective, which made the room uncomfortable during the warmer weather, and the lack of a Smart TV was disappointing. The surrounding neighborhood also felt a little sketchy compared with other areas of Zurich and lacked appealing dining options. One evening, we were seated at a nearby restaurant only to be completely ignored for almost 20 minutes before deciding to leave. Overall, while the hotel’s quirky design and bike program are definite positives, the location and lack of some basic comforts detracted from the experience. We enjoyed our stay, but for our next visit to Zurich, we would likely explore other hotel options.

Hotel was very nice. We only stayed one night as had a stopover in Zurich.
