The hotel is "family friendly", which means that some parents take leave of their parenting obligations and the hotel becomes noisy and loud, particularly at breakfast. The young staff running the front desk are helpful, well-trained, professional and smart."

Oh..the room key cards did not work and I’ve had to make multiple treks to the front desk to get it reset. This is a known issue and disappointed that the hotel is not addressing this problem now. "
