気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
This was an extremely disappointing experience. The room was in unacceptable condition. The door was loose and not properly secured, raising serious safety concerns. There were visible holes and cracks in the walls that appeared to be covered with trash bags and clear tape. Several restroom items were nonfunctional, and the baseboards were separating from the walls.
Due to these conditions, I did not stay even one night at this property. Management refused to change my room and also refused to issue a refund. I ultimately had to take extreme measures to recover my payment.
Additionally, management and staff demonstrated very poor communication and customer service throughout the process, which made an already unpleasant situation worse. Overall, this experience was unsafe, unsanitary, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel!
