「クリーニングに出した衣類を失くされました。 ホテル側は最後の宿泊日を値引きしたので、『もういいでしょ？』という感じの対応でした。。。 しかし、会社の経費支払いであり、宿泊費を値引きされても私には何も関係がありません。 また、失くした、とは最後まで認めようとしなかった。なので全く謝らない。。 マネージャーから連絡すると言っていましたが、一週間近く経過しても来ていません。。 さらに、自分で洗面台で服を洗ったのですが、破損していてズボンも水浸しになりました。 亀裂を包帯みたいなので応急処置してありました。。。 よかったところは、 早めに着いたのにホテルに入れてくれたところです。ありがとうございました。 クリーニングの件がなければ本当に良かったとおもいます。 早く入れてくれた方に対してスタッフの最高の評価をします。 」

「非常に不潔なホテルでもう2度と泊まることはないだろう。シャワールームはしっかり掃除されておらず、カビが沢山生えていたし、湯沸かしケトルは水が入りっぱなしでカビが生えていた。いくら値段が安かったとはいえ、衛生水準は最低限のレベルを担保すべきだと思う。」
