The Neighborhood:

A 5-10 minute drive will take you to shopping malls, the marina, and Herzliya's train station, and in 20-25 minutes you're in Tel-Aviv's center. This area is one of Israel's most prestigious and sought-after locations, called Herzliya Pituah, where you enjoy peaceful surroundings while staying close to the center of attention.
Getting Around:
The apartment offers a private parking spot in the building's underground lot, a rare convenience for beachfront properties in Israel. Paid street parking and nearby parking lots are also available. Bus stations, just a 5-8 minute walk away, provide easy access to lines heading to Herzliya's train station in about 15 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
⚠️ Israeli citizens are subject to an additional 18% VAT, not included in the listed price. Tourists (who do not hold an Israeli passport) must submit their valid B2 Stay Permit issued at passport control at the airport to be exempt from VAT. Check-in instructions will be provided only after the VAT payment or submission of the B2 permit.
