"La vivienda, jardin y piscina se corresponden exactamente con las fotos que se publican, la ropa de cama perfectamente limpia y adecuada. la unica pega, es que en alguno de los dormiorios se echa en falta un armario o en su defecto sitio para poder colgar la ropa. El entorno muy agradable, un lugar especial donde pasar unos dias con amigos o familiares."

"The cottage is great - plenty of space for 2 people and a lovely terrace almost directly on the reservoir. We especially enjoyed the hammocks and the pool table! The furnishings are a bit dated but generally ok. If you don't like a Nespresso machine, you should bring something to make coffee. The bedrooms were very nice. "le logement n’est malheureusement pas adapté à ce jour à une capacité de 14 personnes:manque de lits ,de vaisselles, de table suffisante pour accueillir l’ensemble des personnes , et en plus beaucoup de détails qui gâchent le séjour : ombrage insuffisant sur la table extérieure, propreté de la piscine insuffisante, accès à la buanderie conditionné par une demande de clé, le portail d’entrée qui ferme avec un fil de fer ….gros problème également pour la climatisation annoncée : un seul appareil...

A lovely ten-minute walk into town, you cross another bridge that offers a spectacular view the river. The owners live nearby and are the most hospitable and generous hosts imaginable, sharing fresh produce from their farm and knowledge of the area."

"Fernado & Amelia were very welcoming and had generously left a welcome gift pack. We were given lots of information about services & things to do in the area. The outdoor living space with bbq & outdoor sink and plenty of charcoal together with the pool greatly enhanced our stay in early July. The only downside was there was no airconditioning (our error not noticing when booking) as in the 1st week temperatures were up to 40 degrees but fans were provided. A lovely peaceful setting."

"Wonderful boutique hotel in a quieter area of Viseu surrounded by water fountains, a lovely church and a simply wonderful park with an abundance of wildlife. Great selection of close restaurants. We particularly enjoyed Vintage restaurant just a 2 minute walk. The owner is a real charmer. The staff at Avenida are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean. A highly recommended stay"
