「We've stayed here before so knew it was basic and roomy. The old curtains have been replaced and it was pretty clean. Linens were comfortable. The space heater was dated but worked. Cute place, overall needs some love, attention and definitely needs updating. It could be adorable. We missed the donkeys on the roof this time.」

「We stayed here with our 2 kiddos ages 10 & 12. It was clean and cute and the kids were totally blown away by the experience of staying in a hobbit house! It definitely has a motel vibe, and the kitchenette is small, but there were some decorating touches that really added to the hobbit feel. The owners provided space heaters that were really nice to have, but the bunk room definitely developed a musty smell that we couldn’t get rid of.
