There was construction on the Main Street of hotel which was very disruptive. Shower was outdated. Staff tried to be helpful. We did get later checkout (1pm instead of 12pm). They should have offered something for the inconvenience of the construction (like maybe free breakfast?) or at least mention this with time for traveler to change hotels
Comfortable stay, perfect location close to attractions many of them within walking like old town, theatre, ballet, museums, dinning; professional staff very courteous and helpful
Holiday in Tbilsi. Best hotel and location to stay there. Staff from the check in to check out were extremely nice. Very close to Freedom square and close to most touristic locations. The road on which the hotel was well lit for Christmas which added to the beauty around the hotel

Disliked: Amenities
Our junior suite was a disappointment. Huge room furnished like a standard room. No sofa, no sitting separation. Looking half empty and far from cozy.
This was a very nice hotel in a great location. The rooms had a little wear but the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was quite good. I had access to the executive lounge which had free drinks (water, alcohol, and Pepsi) and food in the evenings which was very nice. The staff in the executive lounge were excellent. I would definitely stay here again.
I was really impressed with this property. It was always super clean, the breakfast was amazing and the location was great. But what really put them over the top is that they noticed it was my birthday (from my passport at check in), and they sent me up a bottle of champagne and cake. So sweet to have someone think of me when away from home.
Very central and professional hotel. Rooms are perfect with everything you need and they are spacious.
Breakfast is good, but instead of Indian food they could have Georgian khachapuri.
The hotel charges an extra fee from your card at check in - that is not good and kind of shows they don't trust you.
Other than that hotel is just enjoyable and great!
