We had a great short stay. The room was spacious for our family and clean. The staff were very friendly and the owner put on a lovely home made breakfast. A very warm and cute boutique hotel.

Fantastic location and reasonable price

Fantastic location 2 min walk from Rustaveli metro on a closed road so it is quiet. Family owned and run. A little basic but clean.

I can't recommend this hotel more highly.

This hotel was magnificent. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Natia was the most lovely and kind host. Breakfast was traditional Georgian food, and it was delicious. The room had everything we needed, and was nicely decorated. It was a short walk to the tourist area, but far enough away that there were many wonderful local restaurants to choose from. This place is the absolute best.

Great hotel, great service, great location...

Really nice place to stay. Small boutique hotel with a very friendly owner. You really get a personal service in this place. Rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel is close to metro station Rustavelli and you can easy reach by bus from the airport. The lady from the reception is also very helpful and gave me tips where to go in the city. Breakfast also very good. As rating I would never give a 10 as perfection doesn't exist but this place is close to a 10. If I would go back to Tbilisi ... This will be my place again.

This hotel deserved not 10 but 100 STARS rating. I have been traveling all over the world for over 25 years stayed in all different kind/brand hotels. My stay at this hotel has been the best stay even compare to some big brand 5 start hotels. What made this hotel special is the owner and staffs, they truly care about their guests and alway try to do everything they can to help their guests. Staying here feels like staying with a family. Every evening when I return from sightseen it feels like I am coming back home. The location is just perfect, 5-10 minutes walk to Old City Tblishi and all the major tourist places and to Tblishi Galleria Shopping Mall, Yet, the hotel is located in a small quiet street with no street traffic noise. It has 24 hour front desk staff on duty for all your needs and late check-in. The entire hotel was totally renovated 4 years ago, excellent wifi connection and high speed, high end bed mattress, bed sheet and duvate cover, 4 pillows of various firmness that you only get in a high end hotels. Clean remodeled bathroom with good shower water pressure. The low room rate makes this hotel even better deal and great values. The owner even personally bake cakes and pastry for their guests' breakfast. When have you ever see a hotel owner look after their guest like that? I love stay at this place so much, I extended my stay for 5 more days. This hotel is new on Expedia, on Booking.con they have a 9.9/10 rating for all their guest reviews
