part of my enjoyable stay in Tbilisi is Reed Hotel. Staff service is 7 stars out of 5, they're very approachable and accommodating. The hotel itself is clean, facility is up to par. The Restaurant serves great food. The ambiance is great and even though its in the middle, its not noisy. Will recommend for friends and family to stay here.

Thank you very much, Georgia, for your hospitality! Our hotel was absolutely excellent! Huge thanks to the hotel staff, especially to the gentleman who welcomed and accommodated us on the 11th, and the lady who offered us a late checkout on the 12th. These guys are professionals and wonderful, friendly people. The hotel is very cozy, modern, and comfortable. And, of course, I can't help but mention the delicious food! Excellent breakfasts and dinners, as well as attentive and pleasant restaurant staff. Thank you for everything! I highly recommend this hotel!

Good breakfast. Large room although our room's balcony door was locked so next door guests could use our side of the balcony for their pleasure (this was something I had never heard of before) Great view of Tbilisi from the restaurant terrace. Close enough to the bridge and other sites to visit. Limited parking in front of property. Open shower (No door and clogged drain) was a disaster as water overflowed out onto bathroom floor. Good maid service keep room spotless. Restaurant close at 4pm. (4 star hotels all offer evening dining options folks-not just breakfast and brunch) Change hotel's rating to 3 star hotel and it will more accurately reflect this hotel's true rating.
