The staff are really great and supportive, you can feel that you are surrounded by your family.
Any request can be made in very short time without any delay.
They say they accept Visa/MasterCard, but they don’t. Their machine is broken. They advertise they have breakfast, but they don’t. They have a full kitchen downstairs but no breakfast. The staff tou deal with doesn’t speak English at all and refuse to talk through Google Translate. Not a good experience, and it’s 1,5 hours walk to the nearest coffee shop
