Cozy renovated duplex in beautiful historical heart of old Tbilisi is waiting for you. You can t find more central location! All the sightseeing places are within walking distance. Parking, open veranda with view to ancient castle, BBQ area, sulfur baths, botanical garden, waterfalls, supermarket, bakery, wineries and restaurants are at your disposal.

The house was build in 2012 and it is situated at the foot of the mountain, on the ancient and lovely street under UNESCO protection.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with a kid and animals).
