"This was an expensive booking. The bathroom was simply filthy and there were worms in the toilet bowl. Had a hard time convincing my family to remain for one night. I tried to cancel the booking but hotels.com complaints are handled by bots. I didn't get a refund despite checking out 2 days earlier, lost more than 2,500sar. I had to move to a different hotel the following morning. I do not recommned the hotel and I also caution you to book through hotels.com who failed me in recovering 2 nights...

"1- Rooms was old and worn out with low hygiene 2- Breakfast is poor with low quality 3- Bathrooms are rusty, smelly and had issues with water flow and hot water availability 4- Bed stuffing is bad causing lower back pain every morning 5- AC control units did not have an auto option for cooling temp. (You have to set it manually on and off multiple times even during your night sleep) 6- No basement parking available, instead you have to park in a rear parking lot then walk to the main hotel...
