Luz Romana is a stunning vacation rental property featuring 4 houses within a larger residential complex. Situated in the district of Luz de Tavira, approximately 7 km from the center of Tavira and just 4 km from the sea, this property offers a prime location near the 300m lagoon. Guests can enjoy a shared 23,000 m2 well-maintained garden with lush plants, an orchard, and a lawn perfect for sunbathing. The highlight is the seasonal (January 1 to December 31) salt water swimming pool spanning 100 m2, complete with an outdoor shower. Additionally, the property provides a washing machine for shared use, as well as roofed parking (limited spaces) at the house.

Luz Romana B1 is a 3-room semi-detached house spanning 80 square meters. It features a spacious living/dining room that measures 40 square meters, complete with a dining table, satellite TV, and an electric heater for added comfort. The property has two bedrooms: one equipped with a single bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the other room has two beds, each measuring 100 cm in width and 200 cm in length.

The property boasts a well-appointed open kitchen equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine for your convenience. Additionally, it offers a shower room with a bidet and toilet. Lovely Relaxing Time!

This was our first trip to the Algarve and we were absolutely thrilled with this charming, relaxing and peaceful retreat! Rosa was delightful and took very good care of us!
