「The receptionist was very welcoming and gave us useful information about walks and transport. The room was compact, and the bathroom a little dated but city was all clean. Even in summer air conditioning was not needed. Free parking and easy walk to restaurants and the train station is 2 minutes walk away. 「lovely hotel on the outskirts of zakopane perfect for travelling to the mountains. room was lovely and clean and beds very comfy. staff were so kind and helpful with any questions and the restaurant attached had amazing food. only slight issue was a limited amount of parking spaces, we rented a car and had to park just outside the front door on our second night. not the end of the world though and we have come on an exceptionally busy weekend! highly recommend staying here」

「All was good, but the property needs some major refit - upgrade! Regarding their swimming pool Expedia needs to write as the same as the breakfast is ticked, same needs to be done with swimming pool as they say it’s NOT included in the they call it package! I have tried to explain that wasn’t a package and usually if there is a pool, guests can use it! I have been allowed to use it, but it needs to be marked as same as the breakfast otherwise it will need to be paid for!」
