Poor standards throughout the hotel and whilst there many staff the level of competence is minimal The All Inclusive package is laughable - being forced to sit outside to have a drink from the Bar sums it up

Palais Moulay Said & SPA
Perfect place to stay in Marrakech. Everything was clean as seen in photos & super kind staff. I would definitely stay at the Palais again when I visit Marrakech in the future.

Honestly, this was "Average" (3-Star), but it got upgraded a star because of 1-2 service/concierge agents.
