「The rooms are very outdated, Douglas, Rebecca, Felix and Edwin were extremely friendly & helpful!! The other staff was not so much, Cruz was extremely rude & disrespectful. Cruz was trying to charge me and make me pay $256.00 in 38 champagne cups, he said I drank 38 champagne glasses which is nearly impossible for 1 person to drink and still be sober. The experience wasn’t the greatest. The bathroom in our room smelled like urine bad.」
