The property was resonable for my needs. Room just had bathroom drain smell and room had stale air. Just needs a bit of draino to clear drain and some fresh air. Apart from that, it was ok. Stayed there because everywhere else was booked out. I also note it stated on reception door " Strickly no locals, period". I just feel uncomfortable as to why, but thats just me.

Very good rooms. Good size fridge/freezer, microwave, soft fluffy towels. Great pressure in shower, good hot water. Big comfortable bed. Very good motel especially for the price. Highly recommend, wouldn't hesitate to stay again.👍💯

The manager of this motel went out of his way to give us a hand and provide information. The motel is on the old highway but set back from the road so not much noise from passing vehicles. It wasn’t too expensive and conveniently positioned for an overnight stop.

It was a comfortable room, not to flash, had a good bathroom and shower, a good bed to sleep in, only problem was, the floor boards creaked when the people in the rooms above walked around

We got what we paid for, staff were very helpful. Most things in the room were clean, but stains in the carpet gave the impression of dirty. Noisy between walls and roof. No road noise, aircon great, good sized fridge. Lot of tea and coffee.

We came upon this property quite by accident about 18 months ago when we had to make an emergency stopover. The owner/manager has done a lot of work in improving what was an older motel and making it particularly user friendly with improved appearance and facilities.

Upon checkin in I had the worst experience ever. The manager is a horrible rude man with the worst customer service I have encountered. He ignored me when I came in and said hello, how are you? He ignored my questions, was extremely rude, swearing and all round unpleasant. When I was in my room, He later banged on my door, told me he would let himself in if I didn’t open the door, I was resting and had no pants on. I opened the door, I could smell alcohol on his breath and he accused me of setting off a smoke alarm, which I did not, I do not smoke. Proceeded to be even more rude and told me I was calling him a liar and tried to get me to leave the room. I will never be staying here again and this man should not be anywhere around people. Vile!

Property was reasonably clean. But be careful walking up the steel stairs with heavy luggage in the evening. You must just get a sarcastic definition of what "courtesy" meant. A simple "sorry" wasn't enough for the owner, more sarcasm was in store if you disturbed the owner's sleep at 9:30m for 60 seconds. Seriously...why work in hospitality with an attitude like that and being so easily offended. Never had I been treated this way by a motel operator. Good news for the operator is that he won't be disturbed by me any longer. I won't be back.

by any chance you want to tell the truth about the 21;30 arrival and the 400kg child on the stairs to your laughter, I was not asleep as you again lie about, I was referring to the noise on the stairs in reference to the other customers, 60 seconds is another lie. my attitude is to make sure all my customers get a good nights rest not woken or disturbed by an ignorant parent of a noisy child (you did laugh), maybe in your tiredness you forgot to at least have respect for everyone, not just YOU. I'm so glad You wont return.

The air conditioner was useless, which meant after a 37C day there was no way to cool down the little bedroom. It didn't have a ceiling fan or fly screens on the window. The whole room needed a good clean. The pool and playground are out the front, up against an intersection and the main road. The manager was friendly, but the room was very over priced and a lot more run down than it looked in the photos.

sorry but with no ID and some big (not so true) story about being just let out of hospital. really but most responsible adults carry ID and well when You're off your head and Local (company policy - No Locals) ....yeah nah, I have a duty of care to those staying here and you was definitely not staying here.

It was easy to get to, quiet during the night, spacious fridge. Nice to have a toaster. We needed a late check in Unfortunately there was no e-mail contact or voice mail. So I had call a few times to organise it, Then it was easy to get in,
