Villa Maria is an old Istrian house located in the centre of the place Tar, approximately 10 km from Porec and 4 km from the tourist resort Lanterna.

The house was built in 1915 and completely renovated in 2013. On its own enclosed property of 530 sqm with a beautiful view on belfry of the nearby church, the guests have following outdoor facilities on their disposal: open pool of 24 sqm, covered terrace with sitting furniture, barbecue and parking place for 2 vehicles for which one part is covered.



Holiday home for 4 guests with total living area of 91 sqm consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is living area with a dining table, equipped kitchen, separate toilet. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with two separate beds, one bedroom with double bed and access to the large balcony, shower/toilet. Access to the first floor is also possible from the outside.

NOTICE: Guests have free entrance to the holiday resort Lanterna during their stay. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
