"At check in, the clerk was rude, dismissive, and talked over me while I was trying to answer questions. Why ask questions and not listen to the answers? Showed zero respect. Not customer service driven. After being rude he tried to "up sell" me to better room and other additional items. I was so angry we almost didnt stay at all. Breakfast was fine, room was good. Cleanliness was adequate. Housekeeping was the only highlight. "

"Very nice hotel for the cost. My small dog and I stayed in Room 301. It appeared clean but had a slight urine odor. Not overwhelming, but noticeable. Pet rooms are easier to keep clean if there are hard surfaces. Otherwise, the bed and linens were very comfortable and the bathroom supplies were nice. The lobby area was very comfortable and the swimming pool and gym were very nice. Breakfast was excellent and the dining room staff was very accommodating."

"Our stay at StayAPT was nothing like the description provided. The facility needs significant improvement in cleanliness and maintenance. The carpets were old, dirty, and dusty, making the room feel unkempt. The staff was generally unprofessional, with the exception of the manager/supervisor, who was helpful and courteous. The bed was one of the worst parts of our stay. It felt extremely old, with noticeable springs, and provided little to no support. My wife and I woke up with severe back and neck pain and ultimately had to cancel our plans for the following morning because of the discomfort. Although the property is pet-friendly, there was dog feces scattered around the building, creating an unpleasant and unsanitary environment. The condition of the grounds was unacceptable and frankly disgusting. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made to the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest experience."

"The room was very clean, renovated, with coffee maker, microwave and the fridge with freezer was a plus. Convenient location, right off I-95, with restaurants at walking distance which is a great option if you arrive late. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful."
