「La atencion 」

「Property is absolutely gorgeous. Great for adult family of 6. Private beach, great security getting into and while on property. AC, hot water, super clean, outdoor shower with pool, hammocks, what else can you ask for! We loved this place. Stella, our host, was a great communicator and helped us on a number of occasions. We did not have a rental car. Used private drivers, Ubers and local buses and we were fine. Thank you Stella!」

「We had an incredible stay. The ocean views from the property are amazing!!! Both pools were clean and the room was spacious. One pool with a slide is more for kids, the other pool is regular- great for swimming. We got lucky because there were no other guests while we stayed but even if more rooms would be occupied, it would be ok because there are plenty of lounge areas for guests. Free breakfast every morning was a huge plus for my family and it was delicious. There is a shortcut (stairs...

「We showed up and the whole place was under construction. There was about 30 men working over night with power tools ALL NIGHT, they didn’t stop swinging hammers and using power tools til 4am we didn’t get a single minute of sleep. We then spoke to the receptionist and asked for a refund they said they understood and it was no problem. We went to find a new hotel, and never got a refund」

「Fantastic location, five minute walk (maybe less) from El Tunco beach. It’s a new property and they’re still doing work. The rooms are as simple as it comes but I didn’t come to sit in my room. The pool and cabanas are great. The staff went out of their way for me, staying up late to allow me to check in at 11pm (I called ahead). Note that the shower only has one temperature, which is slightly cooler than air temp. 」

「We are so grateful for this place! The first day we had the pool all to ourselves which was just lovely. There were lots of tables and space to play and the hotel had great boardgames that we all enjoyed. The Tv, beds, showers etc were so comfortable and pleasant. We missed a mini fridge but apart from that it was a perfect oasis.」

「Rooms and place in a nice condition good ambiance but you can find no one to help you after 9 pm or before 10 am I was trying to check out earlier than 11 and there was no staff in site even though I called and called and text to let them know I was leaving earlier and left the room keys in the table as no one was there I just good a simple answer after 12:00 pm」
