Llegamos 3pm y no tenían habitaciones listas, nos dejaron esperando hasta las 4:30pm y solo nos dieron 1 de 2 habitaciones reservadas. El sistema de llaves estaba malo, no tenemos llave de la habitación. En general el trato al cliente malo.

not being able to enter the room even if we paid half the rent, after they had told us yes. Room 129 has a humidity problem and it took more than 3 hours to address the problem. They only brought in a perfume spray.
The shuttle bus was parked in front of the main entrance for at least two hours, forcing other guests to park on the street where traffic was very busy. Lastly, they did not accept my Marriott membership number.
Very bad experience, something that had not happened before, because I use this hotel when I stay in Guadalajara.
