"Hôtel non accueillant à fuire. Sa position est difficile d'accès, le personnel est pathétique, n'a aucun sens de la communication et le réceptionniste est désagréable, la piscine n'est pas propre. "Bathroom was full of pubic hair Management insisted I cancel the Expedia reservation and paid cash to avoid paying Expedia their commission. "

"On arrival we were asked to book additional transfers plus meals to get to our tents on the other side of the desert. Luckily we could change to the rooms inside Les Pyramides. It was not clear during booking, that the tents need additional for pay transport. We thought the tents were just behind the main building. Cleanliness of the rooms was ok."

"It was a nice experience and definitely enjoyed it, if it was great I would have said so. Our toilet seat was broken the tents were a bit tired, and all in all I think an 8/10. The front of house staff were fantastic, the driver on the expensive 4x4 transfer from Mezougah to the tent was not so friendly but nor was he rude or unpleasant so those are the reasons for our rating"
