The hotel staff were so incredibly helpful and sweet; really good people. The hotel always smelled amazing and the rooms were cute, decently spacious and well stocked and cleaned daily. My only complaint would be that the bathroom didn’t have a door, that would bring my review up to 5/5.

Location wise is good. Walking distance to major malls maybe two to three miles. Staff in Lobby very pleasant and Helpful. What I must warn you is the Bed. Not comfortable at all. If you have back issue is not comfortable at all. We woke up every morning with pain.

Ideal location for Auxerre centre which was within easy walking distance. Comfortable room with good quality bed and pillows. The front of the hotel was well lit - it would have been good to be able to block out more light from the room. Parking was easy and very secure. Generally quiet.
